I'm using pagelines framework on a multisite, but in the signup page the CSS seems to be broken and the page is not showing properly. Have a look:

I had the plugin "Ultimate Coming Soon Page" activated via the Network and it was causing the issue. Tried activating it just on the one site and it still caused the issue. Will report the problem to the plugin author. Thanks Danny and James for your help.

I have the same problem with the latest version 2.3.8. My different sites have been installed on different subdirectories. Wordpress 3.5 is installed on a subdirectory

Have you flushed your permalinks to see if this resolves the css loading. Go to settings>reading and click save without changing anything.

I am having the same issue. My login page and lost password page are fine, but the register page looks like the CSS is broken.

Sorry, but that didn't fix it for my site. After I uploaded my config.php, I did the permalinks refresh and still no change. I logged out of my browser, cleared the cache, revisited the site, still there. Tried different browsers too.

@evscicats - Try disabling all non-PageLines plugins, you have a plugin causing errors on your site, something called Download Manager.
