I'm looking to upgrade to the DEVELOPER version of PageLines so that I can use it for other sites that I create for clients.  I noticed that PagesLines is having a 'Christmas Special' right now but I'm confused...

 

What's 'Developer Business license with PLUS' vs Developer Framework ONLY?

...because the PLUS is much cheaper.

 

AND...

 

how can I be credited for the Professional version that I already own?!?

 

I don't see a phone number anywhere that I can call and just order.
