Hi Iam using the fixed width setting and explored that the white background does not work on the ipad mini for the widgets.
Could you help me fix this?

Sorry, I mean't can you take a screenshot of your Layout Editor settings please. Also, can you remove any custom CSS and see if this resolves your issue.

You are using non-responsive settings for the layout of your site. This is what's causing the issue that you first posted.
A static or fixed width will not be responsive if all the settings behind it are set to responsive options. I'd recommend Responsive with % Width or Pixel-Width
