Using Firebug or Chrome's Inspection Tool, find the element you wish to hide and simply apply
inside the element's CSS (within the curly brackets {}).

Thank you for the reply Rob,
I apologize as I am not familiar with this css. The item is class="callout_action rtimg". would you have any idea on what to put in the style.css

Do you have Firebug? If not, it's a free add-on for Firefox.
Do you mean the Read More button? If so, that element is controlled by the Callout settings in the page's PageLines Meta Settings. Simply remove the words "Read More" from the settings and there will be no button.

I have firebug installed but no idea on how to use it.
