When I go to "platform pro" in the dashboard, all of the content loads at once (instead of just the section that is selected). All of the features appear to be working correctly, besides for the "Layout Editor", which does not work at all. I've tried IE, firefox, chrome, and safari. All plugins are disabled. I've attached a screen shot of the problem. The URL is irealtyarkansas.com.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is this an old site? Not sure why your posting it in the PageLines Framework area?

 

Anyway i'll move the topic to the correct forum.

Replace platformpro/admin/js/jquery.layout.js with the file attached to this post.

Apologies for placing in the wrong area. 

 

This is a brand new website, with everything updated.

 

I cannot locate the file: platformpro/admin/js/jquery.layout.js

irealtyarkansas.com , but it is doing this with all my websites. I have 15+ cases of this problem.

Just another point, the loading symbol below the menu (directly below the "custom code" tab), never stops loading. I'm not sure what that means or what is causing this, but that is new.

More detail:

 

I copied and pasted the content into the correct file.

 

It seems to be having a hard time saving, but it looks like it's trying. On the home page, the three images now line up horizontally, but now they hang over the edge. Obvious error if you look at the home page.

 

Also, in the "layout editor" , under 

"Configure Layout Dimensions"

when I click the layout I want to edit, the area displaying the layout disappears (see image link)

you will need to clear your browser cache, and this file will fix the wp-admin layout, nothing else.

Oh and what do you mean by its having a hard time saving? You are uploading with FTP right? and overwriting the file?

I am editing via cpanel file manager.

 

If you look at the homepage (irealtyarkansas.com), notice the right side of the page? It appears that when I edit the page width (from 960 to 1000), the border of the page does not move, but the content does move. It thinks that it has 1000px, but the border doesn't move with it, which causes the content to hang over the edge.

 

I hope that makes sense.

Well i dont know about that, i'd suggest just reseting the layout and leaving it as default.
