Tried both parent and child theme and both do the same.

 

NavBar and CrackBar did the same, but BrandNav worked (

), so I switched to that for the time being.

However, that's not a good fix because BrandNav doesn't have drop-down menu.

 

I have the latest versions of PL, WP 3.5, and CrackBar and all other PL plugins/sections.

Have you actually selected your menu in the NavBar/CrackBar options ?

I thought I'd give it a try again, and it's working now. Not sure if it was due to some plugin, section, or other conflict/update/fluke, but it's working again. Just FYI.
