Hello,
I have tried everything, disabled comments via Wordpress Settings, I've unchecked the box for the page design, and more.
The reply box will simply not remove.
Any fixes?

Go to Dashboard > PageLines > Drag & Drop > Content Area > Blog Page and you'll see Comments as an Active Section. Simply drag it to the right to Available sections.
