Hi I am using Pageline Framework 2.3.7.

 

I have set up a static homepage called "home''.

Automatically a H1 tag is displayed on my homepage.

I want to change the name of the H1 tag without changing the "Home" menu-name.

 

How can I do this?

Change the Name of the Page, then create a custom menu and called the Menu item home.

I tried to do what you suggest, but it doens't work somehow.

I went to menus and changes the menuname to "home",  I changed the name of the page from ''home'' to another name, and ''home'' didn't show up anymore on the menu-navigation bar on my website. It did show up as the new renamed name.

 

On my website I have different pages that are accessible via the menu-navigation bar.

The first page visible in the menu-navigation- bar is "home"

In the content section,  "home" is automatically creates with an H1 size.

The "home'' displayed in the navigation baris fine, but I want to rename 'home'' on the content area (displayes as H1).

 

Are there any other suggestions?

I don't know the term 'selector' so I can't say is I would like top change it.

Let me give an example how the page looks like.

--

Home - About - News - Contact  <  Navigation Bar 

 

Home  (h1 format)  < Content                            , I want to change this name from "Home' to another name without changing the name "Home' in the navigation bar.

 

How can I do that with a static homepage?

Hi,

 

The instructions I gave you above will do what you what.

 

Go to Wordpress Admin Dashboard > Pages, select the page you wish to change the name of and then change its name. Then create a custom Wordpress Menu, go to your Home menu item and change the name of that too.
