Hi Nick.
No, i bought the "Latest Blog Entries" section, but i want the recent posts to be static and one below the other in a more traditional style.
Title, date, summary. thumbnail, read more.
How does anyloop work for this type of scenario? - I really just want to pull the latest 5 articles / posts and display them on the home page which is a static page.
Hey Rob.
How do i add that code to my page?
Is it as simple as adding it to the text area where i want it to display?

AnyLoop has several different viewing modes. You can have posts in a grid, you can use it for your main loop, or you can use it in a sidebar in Recent Posts Mode. It also has a shortcode for the Recent Posts mode. The Recent Posts part of AnyLoop does exactly what you're wanting; it pulls the last X posts onto a page to view. You can also show or hide the thumbnail, or title.
You have full control over what posts appear, and from what category. You can have multiple categories. You can show posts from Authors, or multiple Authors. You can also show posts from a Custom Post Type.
Anyways, hope this helps anybody reading this in the future.
