Since Invision isn't a WordPress product, actually, no. According to the sources I checked, IPB is incompatible with all versions of WordPress after 3.3. Before IPB could work with PageLines Framework, it would need to be WP compatible.
Apologies for this, but it's one out of our control. Of course, you can always install it as a separate product in a folder on your site and then style (skin) it to look almost the same as your PageLines styled site.
