After the framework upgrade, the Features section is not working correctly on some pages. For those pages that have "hide features" selected, features content is showing.

Can you please try deactivating all active plugins and see if the problem persists?

Deactivating all the active plugins didn't make a difference.

Did you have any caching plugins installed at all? If so please dump the cache file prior to deactivating and testing, the cached files could be showing you a previous version of your site.
If not could send us a link to the pages in question so we can take a look at the source code and some screen shots of the setup in the admin area
