Hi, my nav bar drop down disappears behind the video on my home page and I'm not sure how to fix this.

Hi,
I found an odd paragraph between the menu and the video containing a period ( . ) but nothing else. Did you use a paragraph to space the video down from the menu? This could be the cause. If you use Firebug, you'll see it.

nope, that's not the problem. I removed the period but the drop down still disappears behind the video.

Hi,

The problem, is the script/code/plugin you've used to add your video to your site, it is using !important on nearly all its CSS, which is bad tbh,

Anyway, add this to your custom CSS and see if this does the trick. If the code below doesn't work, I recommend you add your video using alternative methods.

I'm facing a similar issue on our site cboqyouth.ca   In IE8 and IE9, the drop down menus go behind the feature slider of videos.  I tried to use a z-index: 1; but couldn't find the right selector for this.  Any ideas?
