is their a way to add my posts to the front page whilst having the featured slider link ideally in the soapboxes but happy to have on the front page. many thanks

You can't add the slider or the current posts in a soap box.

However, on your static homepage, you can use the Special Recent Posts plugin to include the latest posts.

You can also edit the Templates. Go to Dashboard > PlatformPro > Template Setup and from the drop list, select Posts Pages. Slide the PageLines Features to the Displayed Posts Pages Sections above the Content Area. Click the Save Options button.

Now go to Dashboard > Settings > Reading > and under Front page displays select Your latest posts. Save.

View the site. The posts should appear under the slider.
