Hi there
I have used Platform pro for a long time and have not had this problem before Link and link2 plus cart page is blank despite having a shortcode. I deactivated all the plugins but to no avail. Please can you help. many thanks

Hi,

Jigo may simply not work with PlatformPro any longer. The upgrade would be theirs, not ours, since we no longer update PlatformPro.

I'd recommend you upgrade to PageLines Framework and use the integration we provide for Framework with Jigo as I don't think there's any solution in PlatformPro.

is their no css I could add that could rein in he sides. Apart from this the site is working well!!!

The problem isn't a CSS issue. It's an issue of incompatibility. Again, I recommend using the Jigo for PageLines plugin combined with Jigo in PageLines Framework. It's the only way to make this work and keep it working with future updates. As I mentioned, PlatformPro is now a legacy product and isn't going to be updated at all.
