what is the best way to integrate pagelines with maxcdn?
the dynamic css is causing the site to go all wonky.
how do i prevent max cdn from trying to load the css on it's own servers.

We use maxcdn without any issues. We use wordpress super cache on the main site.
As long as your css is a static file it will get cached ok.
Make sure you have this in wp-config.php:

ok it worked! Thanks Simon! All is well and the site seems to be working great in conjunction with w3total cache and max cdn.
Do you recommend wp super cache OVER w3total cache?

I dont recommend using eiher really, but if i had to make a choice, it would be super cache. W3 has WAY too many options that people just turn on for the sake of it, like file based database caching!! ( It was dropped from wp core years ago after it was proved that it slows down sites rather than speeding them up! )
