How do you change the sidebar (and secondary sidebar) css so that the standard would be, for instance, <h4> instead of <h3>?

Hi,
You cant do that with CSS, you would need to edit the sidebar section file(s). You could simply change the size of the SIdebar h3 so its similar to the size of a h4 title.
