How can I hide the search field in the nav classic bar?

CSS is not required for this.
Please go to Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Header And Footer and scroll a bit down to: Nav Classic - Hide Search
Below that, there's a check box for "Hide search field?" Check it. Save. Remove the CSS. Save that.
View your site and the search field will be removed as long as you're using Nav Classic.
