[Resolved] Strange Code In The Page Template Menu - Technical Support

This is showing up in the drop down list of Templates that can be applied to a page in WordPress.

Any ideas where it's coming from or how to remove it? Any page using it as a template is unable to be displayed. We are running WordPress 3.4.1 and PageLines 2.2
