and when I minimize the window to about 900px or less the footer gets cut off. I doesn't scroll horizontally it just goes away. I was wondering if anyone can help me make it go the full length where the footer resizes based on window width.

I have visited your website and resized the window and I am not seeing any issue, your footer is still visible. Has this issue been resolved ?
