Hi from France,

As you see on http://www.whereelse.fr, the first tab (home) and the second one ('Accueil') are the same.
If i decide to change the status of my page 'Accueil' from 'Public' to 'private' to get just one page as a homepage when i re-open my website i fall on a 404 error...
Who can help to solve this issue

You get a 404 error because the page is set to Private, but that should only happen for users who are not logged in. Do you log out and see the 404 error for that?

What I should to get is to hide the 'Accueil' page to publsh the content only on the homepage

I think I know what you mean. So you want the "Accueil" page to be home but it's showing up in the menu as a second menu item. You can get rid of it by create a custom menu that only has the menu items you need by using Appearance > Menus: http://codex.wordpre...e_Menus_Screen. You just need to add the links for the pages you want in the menu.
