Is there a way to associate a user profile with a specific template, so that whenever this user publishes content it displays their own specific blog-post page template?
I'm using Gravity forms and its post-generation to allow user generated content. I want this to display on a different style of page, still within my website.
Possible?

I've never seen this without the user having his/her own WP installation. There may be some plugins, perhaps for multisite, but I'm not personally familiar with them.

If there isn't a plugin or some other third party solution for this, you may need to find out if it's possible for a developer to do this for you.
