Hello - I'm using 3dcart (http://wsiada.3dcartstores.com/) as our shopping cart and want to wrap the shopping cart so that it appears as if you never left our site (www.wsiada.com).
I have a static navbar setup but am unsure how to wrap the shopping cart. I apologize for being unclear but "wrap" is the term used in Joomla. Any ideas on where to get started would be greatly appreciated!

Are you suggesting by "wrap" that you want to create an iframe where the content of the shopping cart falls within our framework?
That's possible, and there are plugins for that, however, I believe you'd find 'wrapping' by that definition would result in a very quick reduction in your SEO results.
You may find it much easier, in the long-run, to convert to a shopping plugin like ECWID or CartPress.

Rob, thanks for responding. Yes I am suggesting the creation of an iframe. I understand that SEO results would decline however the shopping cart for us is really only for members of our association. Accordingly, I'm not overly concerned at this point about the shopping cart and SEO at the moment. I just need to get it up and worry about the rest later.
How would I create an iframe for the moment?

You can create an iFrame by following this tutorial: http://www.w3schools...tag_iframe.asp. The URL will need to be implemented in the code.
