The blog section of my site has some weird padding issue. I'm not sure why there is a bar above the content, and why the header is overlapping the sub-header.

The bar you see above the content is coming from the Post Navigation bar (this bar is a section in single post pages that includes navigation for previous and new posts). To remove it, please deactivate it in PageLines > Drag & Drop in the Content Area page template area for the Blog Post template.
I'm not sure why the post heading and metabar are so close together. Are you using custom CSS?

I figured out the problem in the CSS causing the overlap.
Thanks for your help.
