Can you help me on how to proceed in order to make a box with 3-4 links...below menu bar..
check out macrumors.com and I want to add similar box below navbar as shown in image below.

You may want try using a Banner section, which can be activated in the page template using PageLines > Drag & Drop. You can add multiple links and even an image.
