Is it possible to have two different Excerpt Mode in the same blog? I'm using the Magazine Layout Mode.

There isn't a setting that makes this possible, but if you really want this feature, you may need to hire someone to go in and edit the code. An alternative would be to play with the code, but you'll need to make sure that you have the base theme activated.
