Hello, I'm trying to upload a header to a new site, but I can't. I've been trying to upload it in Platform Pro>global options>Upload custom logo. I'm trying it in jpeg, and png format, but for some reason it just doesn't populate the site.
Can you let me know what may be going wrong?
