Hi,
I use pagelines on a wp-multisite and want to buy things from the pagelines store. I logged in (Dashboard > Your Account) and Installed and activated the pagelines section plugin. But I am unable to see tabs "add theme", "add plugins" etc. So the whole store functionality is missing.
It is a complete fresh wordpress installation on debian / apache / mysql. Everything else but the store is working perfectly.

Are you logged in as super_admin? If not 'sub-site' users can only use already installed addons.
