One of our developers looked at your issue and found that you have a few unclosed divs in the markup you have added, along with some related to <li> and <ul>. So I recommend you take a look at the code you have added on your pages, as this is the cause of your issue.

Take a look: , boxes are below the main content
Chrome and Firefox seems to be working fine, but there's quite a lot of IE-users out there still.
Is this a known issue, or is there something I can do about it?

I haven't heard of any other reports regarding this issue. Have you added any custom CSS thats related to the Boxes section ?

Anyway, no, I haven't added any custom CSS to boxes. I'm using a base theme and have added some custom CSS, but not any that applies to boxes in anyway, I've only added a few lines of code.
It seems like the MoreFoot section, where the boxes are, displays with black background in IE and white in Chrome and Firefox.

Please disable your cache plugin and see if this resolves your issue.

Danny: No, that doesn't resolve it.
I tried to disable all non-PL/non-Wordpress plugins, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Can you post a larger image, as that is rather small.

Something went wrong with the pic-upload, but it just shows that theres a Features section, the Content section and the Boxes section in the page template for the front page (Blog page).

Thanks, that at least gives me a clue to what's wrong.
But the only markup I've added is in the widgets, and as far as I can see there's only one div in the widgets, and that's closed. So I have no clue what markup I should look at?

OK, fixed it. It had something to do with the list tags in one widget (from Events manager), not the unclosed divs. Seems kind of odd that lists in a widget causes the boxes section to misbehave, but thanks for the help.
