Im trying to get a border around my boxes. I want the border to be the same as the border as the quick slider.

Try this in Custom Code > CSS Rules:

 
.grid-element, .media_overview {
    border-radius: 5px 5px 5px 5px;
    box-shadow: 0 1px 4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.4);
    margin-bottom: 12px;
}
