I have been trying to figure this one out for an hour. I used Firebug and when I change this line

#secondnav {
font-size: 86%;}

to 100% I achieve my goal. However, when I place that same line (with the adjustments) in the custom CSS it makes no difference. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide. I am really trying to get to a point where I can figure this out on my own. Thanks.
