I am trying to get a new site going (

). I want it to show the thumbnails on the homepage, not shrunken images of the featured image.

For example, my thumbnails are 300x300 pixels, cropped square to the center of the image.

Right now on the home page, it is showing the full image in its original dimension.

How do I make it pull the true thumbnail?
