Is there any simple way to stop Pagelines from treating linebreaks, unordered lists and other formatting differently when these appear within boxes?
For example, here's a page:
And here's the same exact content inside of a box (in the left box):

If you use Firebug ( ) you can use it to style the elements you wish inside boxes, including text formatting.

Thanks. Do you know where I'd find the default styling for boxes?

Thanks. I know how to use CSS. I'm wondering why the boxes treat content differently by default; or more precisely, where (if someone happens to know offhand) the default styling for boxes is located so that I might remove it.
Blank lines, for example, which pages and posts render as paragraph tags are ignored by boxes.

Hey Claudeman,
The reason boxes don't output content the same way that wordpress posts/pages do is that the output is not run through the wordpress content filters like auto paragraphs and wp_texturize, etc. The content is taken as is and shortcodes are processed, that's it. So treat them as strict html.
You may consider using a plugin like " " for adding simple stuff like line breaks using shortcodes that won't be stripped out by switching between the html & visual editors.
Hope that helps!
