Hello, I'd like to change "font-family" for my entire site, including site title, tag-line, all headers, p, and any other typography. I wonder which css selecter should I use to "change all" for the font-family but leave styling different among each parts or sections of the site?

Since my site is in Chinese so I need to enter css myself, the typography settings is not enough for chinese characters.
