Ccan anyone tell me the best way for replicating this pdf in a web page? Should I use columns, tables?

The PDF isn't loading for me. Can you please take a screenshot of the table and post it here?

The best way to replicate that would be styled boxes or content blocks. For the latter (my preference), I recommend http://wordpress.org...s/widget-logic/
Our default boxes would work too. See this for our boxes: http://www.pagelines...e_Boxes_Section
You can use standard text editing whether using Boxer plugin or our Boxes, such as bold, bullet points, etc, and horizontal rules (lines) to make the content look similar.
That's basically 3 boxes in a row.
