Hyperlink Changed in 2.3 in Features Box

I am having a problem with the new upgrade to 2.3. The text from my post header used in the feature box is hyperlinked, and it now shows a backshadow or box behind it where before it was normal except when hovered. I would like to remove that but do not see that in the feature options. Can someone help?

Hi,

Add this to your custom CSS and it should resolve your issue.
