The terms page states you may not remove copyright notices.
That line is not a copyright notice.

Hi,
While that's true, it doesn't mean that our copyright or licensing may be violated by removal of any portion of our core code or language. I'm sure you respect our rights and understand this important licensing term.

It seems i wouldn't be violating your copyright or license but you advertising your product, that i have purchased under a GPL license, on the site that i am going to deploy to my clients.
i have the plus dev and i am kind of upset.... we wanted to start including pagelines in the wordpress solutions that we offered to our clients but we are having second thoughts.
Glad to hear your comment

As I mentioned, it's part of our protected language.
I understand if you don't want clients to see this, but isn't it better that you let them know you're using the very best... the Tiffany of premium WP frameworks? Since PageLines is a framework, not an off the shelf theme, it provides the platform for your customization. In essence, even though PageLines is a framework, it still requires your customization to make it look as your clients desire.

I apologize if I offended you. My response was simply intended to help you provide an explanation of why the term you want removed is there if you're developing for client sites.
No insult was intended.

The forums are not the place to discus your account or refunds, we have a help desk for that, just email hello at pagelines dot com.
Our framework is fully GPL compliant and you are perfectly within your right to edit it to your hearts content.
I think Rob was getting a bit confused, and I apologize on his behalf.
We just dont provide support for 3rd party edited code.
