Hi,
This is by design, the NavBar section is based on Twitter Bootstrap navigation design, where you have to click to enable the drop down rather than hover. If you wish to have this functionality, I recommend you remove the NavBar section with the NavClassic section.
To do this, login to your Wordpress admin dashboard > PageLines > Drag and Drop > Header, then drag and drop the NavClassic and replace the NavBar.

I have three paren pages at the moment that cannot be clicked?
