Is there a way to remove comments from all "pages" through the theme?

I have "discussion" settings set for no comments, but the comments area still displays on pages.

I can remove through the PHP files, just wondering if the theme offers a more elegant way to do this. Thanks.

Hi,

Try this method:

Login to your Wordpress Admin Dashboard > PageLines > Drag and Drop > Click on "Content Area", so it highlights blue. Then go through each template from default to template 5 and remove the comments section if it is active.

Thanks - this worked like a charm. I actually only need to remove comments from the default template and it applied to the other templates.

I just tried to find out if it was possible to instead mark the section as "hidden by default" in the Blog Post template, but it doesn't seem to be. It says "No settings in this template area". Am I doing it wrong or is it really the case that it isn't possible?
