Ok two bits of code, add both
#feature_slider .fcontent .ftitle {
color: black;
font-size: 28px;
line-height: 1.3em;
text-shadow: none;
vertical-align: middle;
}
#feature_slider .fcontent {
color: #000000;
text-shadow: none;
}

I use a features slider that used Black Text, No Feature Background, No Overlay and there is a black background in all features css areas and the text overlays in white - no matter which setting i select in the feature settings. Spacing is also impacted, so I'm thinking css settings were changed from previous features?
The screen seems to paint with the correct settings, but then is overpainted with black backgrounds and white text.
I tried dealing with this by changing css backgrounds, but nothing worked.
Finally I re-uploaded the previous version and will wait to upgrade until bugs are fixed in Features.
Hope that this gets fixed soon, since i use feature sliders in all my sites and it really looks terrible.

Hi Forum,
I finally got some time and upgraded www.avenidadelasartes.com to the most recent version of Framework.
Same situation occurs - everything is fine except that now I have black background on the text and under the images and text is white...
The features are all set with 'Black Text No Background No Overlay '.
I'm using Firefox to try and see why the custom css I used in previous versions isn't working.
Is there a new division or section involved now - or a menu-controlled setup?
Any help would be appreciated... Thanks! Richard

Hi there, in the 2.3 upgrade there were some amendments made to the slide, one was the inclusion of the black linen background. You can get rid of this with the below
This seems to be the code you're slider is using at the moment for the color or the text etc
Are you using the latest edition of the framework? 2.3.6

The fix for the background worked... but the text is still white with the shadow and there is also a shadow in the content area surrounding the text and image....
I'm guessing that this area is controlled by an element that is different than the one I have in my custom css...
Yes, I have the latest version, this is what caused the changes...
Thanks for any help getting the text back and the shadow eliminated...
Rick
