I was working on my site earlier and made a change to one of the "feature sets" by adding a feature. I added, the feature, checked the image on the home page, then checked the link to the site. Everything was fine, and everything linked the way it should. I got a call from a user about 15 minutes later (3 minutes ago) informing me that the site looked "crazy" and that none of the links are working. I checked and sure enough, he is correct. The home page indeed looks "crazy" and all of the links return:

The requested URL /2012/09/18/the-manchurian-incident/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have disabled the features on the page, no change. I have unpublished the latest post(Yesterday (which has cause a similar looking issue in the past))

I have not updated anything in over a week.

Please help.

I just had this exact same thing happen on one of my sites. Do you know how the permalinks break? Such a shocking thing to see the site look completely broken. Thank you for posting the fix Much appreciated!
