Keep it as simple as possible, W3 has a lot of options, and on shared hosts can dramatically slow the site down.
DO enable page cache enhanced.
DO NOT enable object cache OR database cache unless you have APC or memcache. The file based cache will really slow the server down!!
If you have a CDN, the add that to offload the images and css/js etc.
css minification will speed things up by about 2 milliseconds, and js minify tends to break a lot of stuff.
