If you're going to need to create a custom menu like the one on priva.co.uk, it's going to require an advanced HTML and CSS customization that would require the expertise of a Pro. You can try to do it on your own if you're very experienced, but I think you should seek assistance here:

I'd have to agree with Peter about UberMenu, but you can also find similar menus here,

and view page source of the ones you like to get the CSS. It may need a bit of tweaking, but that site has many great menu options. Shoot for the ones using CSS3.
