How do I remove title from Pages also regain the title space? I searched for "Remove title from Page" and tried all the custom css with no luck.

Go to Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options and scroll down to "Page Titles " where the 1st option should be unchecked (Automatically show Page titles?) That will hide page titles and any space they normally occupy. Remember, this is for Pages, not posts.
