Good morning, Some text stays English, for example the 'read more' en 'search'. I want to change this to Dutch, how can I do this. I installed the plugin Codestyling Localization but I did not reconize Pagelines Lite template. Second question, I want to change the comment form: - e-mailadres must be visible; - want to remove field 'website' - is it possible to add a field to give to reaction a subject? If your language is not listed, please let us know and we can add it for you. Alternatively, you may add translations to your site manually by following the below method. All of the PageLines products are localization-ready, which means they can easily be translated in other languages. We usually recommend the following steps during the localization process: 1. Look up Localization on WordPress: http://codex.wordpre...ating_WordPress 2. Use PoEdit (http://www.poedit.net) to create your translation files. 3. After translating the file by Poedit save the translation. Poedit creates two files for you. One with the extension ".po" and the other one with the extension ".mo". Upload both files to the folder "language" located in PageLines folder. You will need to ask this question on Wordpress support forums.

Hi Danny, I think it is better for both to help the community-driven translation center. I added already one suggestion, but before I add more I have two questions: - There is Dutch-full and Dutch, what is the difference and which one should I been using? - Is there any way to navigate threw al the english words? I now had to search and find 12 pages before I found a word I wanted to translate. Kind regards, Willem

Hi WIllem, I am not entirely sure why there is a Dutch and Dutch full. We do get a lot of requests from users asking if we can add this language and that language. So I'm thinking that in the past we have had a user request a Dutch version which wasn't going to be translated 100% into Dutch. I don't think there is anyway to navigate through the words unfortunately, as far as I can see there is no search option either.

Maybe my English is not correct, but the question is 'how long it will take to be active'. For now, on my Dutch website people have to click on English text 'Continue Reading'. I start this post how to change this. You tell me about community drive translation. So I added in Dutch Full the translation: Original string: Continue Reading Link Text Translation: Lees verder... But, it is still 'waiting'. So my question, how long will it take to be active, that the visitors of my dutch site see my Dutch translation. Hope to hear from you soon. Kind regards Willem

Hi Willem, The Continue Reading Link Text can be changed by you going to: Wordpress Admin Dashboard > PageLines > Site Options > Blog & Posts > Continue Reading Link Text (When Using Excerpts). However, this feature is only available in the Pro version.

Thank you, but I am still testing the Lite version. I'm happy with your quick response, but you don't answer my question... Is my English that bad? Please let me know. I want to help out with the community driven translation (you gave me that idea) but then also please answer my questions about how it works. Kind regards Willem

If so I am not quite what you're asking, do you mean, if you translate your website into Dutch. How long will it take for your users to see the Dutch language, is this correct ?

So I inserted a Dutch translation in your system: how link does it take to have affect, that my visitors see the Dutch translation? When I check my translation now in your systeem, it is on 'green'. But I use the most recent update of your theme and on my website is still 'Continue reading'. I don't understand why the translations is not working... Hope you can help me out.

I am not sure if you can change the Continue Reading link, as this is an option in the Pro version. Which allows you to replace Continue Reading with anything you like. Our developers do not work weekends, therefore I have bookmarked your post and I will bring this to their attention and see what they suggest.
