Today I finally moved over all the work I've been doing to the live site from the beta site. On the beta site, I'm using a Google font, Merriweather, in "light" mode. I set it under PageLines > Site Options > Typography > Text Headers. I have the same settings on the live site. The very same. I have verified them and reverified that they are the same. I have switched to other font settings and then switched back. But no matter what I do, I cannot get the live site to actually reflect the "light" setting for the font. Instead, it shows up as what appears to be "regular." I have tried clearing the browser cache. The Custom CSS is exactly the same for both sites. The sites are running on different servers but they are, as far as plugins and the like go, identical. If I use Firebug on the same exact headline on both sites, and then copy the "computed" values for both, and then diff them, they are *identical.* And, in fact, both are showing "font-weight 300," which is what I want. So! What could the difference be?
Google Font settings for light under "Edit font styling" not having an effect

Found a solution but not a cause! Turns out that some fonts are showing up *twice* in the dropdown font menu under Typography. Selecting the second instance of my font made it appear as light. Now, why would they fonts appear twice?

Hi Grant, The font Merriweather appears twice as it included with the default fonts available in PageLines Framework. Enabling the free Google webfonts plug-in adds Merriweather again but with more options. If you hover over all the fonts, it gives you the options available such as regular, italic, bold etc...
