I signed up for live chat yesterday, paid, and can't login. I tried again this morning and still not able to. I've requested twice for login information reset emails and have not received anything (i did look in the spam folder). please help

Hi, As a test before you contact the helpdesk, can you login to your websites Wordpress Admin Dashboard > PageLines > Dashboard > Your Account > and reset your account information. Once reset, enter your PageLines account details again and if correct, you should receive the following message : Successfully logged in as "Username" to PageLines with a secured connection. Developer edition enabled. Active Plus account. If this doesn't resolve your issue please contact our helpdesk please they will be able to assist you. hello at pagelines dot com
