Hey,
I realize there are a couple offered from Pagelines themselves and the base theme building option, but I would like to know if any other Child themes/templates will work with the pagelines framework still functional?
If so, does anyone have any they recommend?

Noob here. Can I use any WP child theme with Pagelines? If not, which ones can be used?

Since child themes require integrating with our CSS files only child themes that have been tested (and are available) would be able to work with PageLines. You can use the PageLines Base Theme to re-create a theme or child theme to achieve the same look and feel but 3rd party themes would not work properly with PageLines.
