When clicking the facebook like button on the share bar of a page, it is pulling the pinterest icon as the image that is associated with that shared url which is showing up on facebook too.



How to control what image is shown there?

Hi, Try using the featured image option on the page. Wordpress Admin Dashboard > Pages > select your page, then on right hand side click on Featured image.

This turned out to be an open graph / facebook cache issue.

It's also worth mentioning for others that the facebook open graph data should be turned on in the Pagelines > Site Options > Header & Footer. Pagelines uses the featured image by default but that can be filtered using the pl_opengraph_image php filter.
