Can you please describe your issue in more detail? Did you save the box text, refresh your site, and see the box icon disappear? Have you tried re-uploading the box icon?

Try using the upload link above the editing field, applying it as a featured image. See if that works. You can avoid such problems by upgrading to the Pro version, which is currently on sale.
