I've got a BuddyPress/Multisite running that I did a live update to 2.2.1 on, and afterward, BuddyPress turned into a white page. No display of groups/forums/blogs from links that used to work.
EDIT: This can be deleted, or left alone for those who don't know as I didn't. If you do an upgrade, you will have to rerun the BP compatibility routine to move the templates again.
Did 2.2.1 Cause BuddyPress to implode?

Yes, you need to that, but do you have Base as the active theme? I'm presuming yes.

Just to make sure, you also have the PageLines BuddyPress plugin activated? Did you know 2.2x supports BuddyPress sidebars?
